Boscov’s A la Carte catering service creates the ideal event, unique to you. Our services begin with a personal consultation to create an event that reflects your personality and style, within the appropriate scale and budget. We work with you to develop a total event plan, including layout, color scheme, table linens, silver, china, glassware, floral arrangements and other décor. We also employ a well-trained staff of servers and bartenders.
The following menus will give you a taste of our culinary style and some of the choices available to you in planning your event. However, in the Ala Carte style, nothing is set in stone and we welcome any ideas you might have that are not included in our menu. Our talented chefs can prepare any food item you want to serve your guests.
Under the direction of Stephen J. Bonner, Boscov’s Ala Carte is a full-service catering company that provides the finest quality foods, carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Steve is an alumni of Cornell University and has held the positions of Sous Chef and Chef at the Philadelphia Plaza Hotel and Philadelphia’s Black Banana. His culinary and event-planning expertise holds Boscov’s Ala Carte Catering to the highest standards. Steve and his staff of trained professionals are available seven days a week to provide you with the perfect event, start to finish.
